We offer the chance to come on retreat to Q centre in exchange for half a day's work and
contributing 100€ per month to the centre.
The contribution is 150€/month from November to February.

General tasks throughout the year:

_ Order and cleanliness of spaces: all year round.

_ Vegetable garden: from mid-March onwards.

_ Maintenance and cleaning of springs, ditches and rafts: from March to December.

_ Road maintenance and access repair: February-April / September-December

_ Restoration of drywall walls: February-Abril / October-Decembre.

C o n d i t i o n s

Lodgings: in private tent or central house.

Bring: sheet, sleeping bag or duvet, towel; working and casual clothes.
Basic luggage according to each one.

Solar Time: We follow the sun not the clock, according to light's cycles & temperatures.
. Silence and meditation (optional) in light transit (sunrise and sunset).
. After sunrise in the valley, we start the working day until solar noon, 3 to 6 hours
depending on the season, the other half of the day being personal time.
. From November to mid-March, adapting to the temperatures, we reverse the timetable:
the first half of the day is personal time and we work from midday onwards.
