Silence retreat
November 1 to 4

During 2 days and a half we will stop talking,
to give space and listen the shared silence.

We will disconnect from any electronic link
(telephone, computer, tv, radio, car, etc.),
to amplify the reconnection with oneself and nature.

Arrival on Friday 1 at about 11.
After the accommodation we will introduce ourselves
and inform on possible activities (walks, natural enclaves,
orchard, firewood, etc.), according to personal needs.
After lunch, about 2pm, we will enter in silence until
the sunrise on Monday 4.
In the morning we will share learnings of the retreat.

Shelter type accommodation, bring bottom sheet,
sleeping bag or comforter and towel.
